Welcome to the world of business owners!

Today, I officially became a business owner.
My partners and I have completed and signed the paperwork at the notary
today and it is official: GRUPO AKVOTEK, S.A. de C.V. exists and is up
and running. We have some minor paperwork left to do but the major stuff

Day 23 - Taking a hold on nutrition

As of today, I decided to keep a stronger leach on my nutrition. I’m using ProTrack 2008.
My daily totals are:
1549 calories (-302)
65g Fat (+24)
119g Carbs (-112)
125g Protein (-14)
I can see from these results that I’m still low on carbs, high on fats and missing on calories. As for tomorrow, I’m planning to take even more [...]

Day 22 - Magic Hundred Status Report

I’m on day 22 and so far, I’ve completed the following:
1. stopped drinking coke or any type of soda
2. stopped adding refined sugar in my diet
3. stopped drinking black tea
4. drink ~2L of water per day
5. eliminated gluten from my diet
6. visited a nutritionist to help me adapt with mexican diet (I’m originally from Canada)

Day 15 - What’s left of me

I’ve been going through a deep depression lately. The loss of a family
member can be hard on the spirit and your own motivation. However, I’m
sticking through my Magic Hundred program. I’m on day 15 and so far, I’ve
been able to complete 2 to 3 mini-goals every day. Ok… maybe not
everyday but almost ever day.
